Pharmacy Pension Fund, Pension Fund of the Finnish Broadcasting Company and Suomen Ässä-Asunnot Oy divested a residential real estate company located in Helsinki

Pharmacy Pension Fund, Pension Fund of the Finnish Broadcasting Company and Suomen Ässä-Asunnot Oy have sold a residential real estate company (100% of the shares) located in Pasila, Helsinki to Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd on 30.8.2021.

The 8-story apartment buildings were completed in 2018 by Jatke and include 170 apartments as well as a parking hall. The apartment sizes vary from studios to three-room apartments.

FPP acted as the sole financial advisor for the vendors in the transaction. Properta acted as the legal advisor for the vendors.
