Finnish consortium invests in a new office and media property in Pasila, Helsinki

Pharmacy Pension Fund, Pension Fund of the Finnish Broadcasting Company and Suomen Ässä-Asunnot Oy have invested in the Pieni Paja new development project.

The new building, located in Pasila, Helsinki, includes office, studio and data centre facilities and has a total area of 7 586 gross square meters. The contractor in the project is Jatke Oy.

FPP acted as financial advisor to the JV investors on the structuring of the JV investment and the loan financing.
