Pharmacy Pension Fun has sold Muurame shopping center to Evli Vuokratuotto Fund.
The property is located in Muurame which is a growing municipality close to Jyväskylä. The modern retail property was completed in 2013 and its anchor tenants include Kesko, Alko, Muurame Pharmacy and Kotipizza.
FPP acted as the sole financial advisor for the vendor.
