Mutual Insurance Company Fennia, Aktia Life Insurance Ltd. and Industrial Union jointly owned MREC Lahden BW Tower has sold a modern office building located adjacent to the Lahti Travel Center to CORUM Origin SCPI, managed by CORUM Asset Management.
The modern 2015 completed building built by YIT Construction Ltd. has a LEED Platinum certificate and a leasable area of circa 7.800 sq.m. The property is almost fully let with long lease agreements.
