FPP acted as the financial transaction advisor to Pharmacy Pension Fund (Apteekkien Eläkekassa) in the transaction process of two modern Big Box retail properties located in Kirkkonummi, Greater Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The investment opportunity attracted strong interest among both domestic and international investors, and the buyer was a domestic investor.
The retail properties have been completed in stages during 2016, 2020 and 2026 and have in total ca. 10,000 square metres of lettable area. The properties are fully let and the tenants are Jula, Tokmanni, JYSK and Rusta.
