Growth Lab new development property in Vantaa, Helsinki Metropolitan Area acquired by domestic investors

Growth Lab new development property in Vantaa, Helsinki Metropolitan Area was completed Q2/2025, developed by Noste.io and built by Tekova. The property was acquired by VR Pension Fund and the Industrial Union.

Growth Lab’s users are Revenio Group and ALS Finland. The property is located along major transport routes and the Ring Rail Line, in the strongly growing Vehkala business district of Vantaa.
