Finnish consortium invested in landmark property Iso Paja in Helsinki, Pasila

Pharmacy Pension Fund and Suomen Ässä-Asunnot Oy have jointly invested in a landmark office property in Pasila, Helsinki with Pension Fund of the Finnish Broadcasting Company remaining as a joint-owner in the property.

The BREEAM Good -certified property has a leasable area of ca. 17 000 sq. m. and is fully let to multiple tenants.

FPP acted as the financial advisor to Pension Fund of the Finnish Broadcasting Company in the transaction and structuring the JV investment and the loan financing.
