Fennia Life, Aktia Life Insurance and Yleisradio Pension Fund have jointly invested in local service center Hertsi new development in Helsinki. YIT and Hartela will realise the project as a consortium with equal 50/50 shares.
FPP acted as the joint venture investors financial advisor in the transaction and structured the JV investment including the loan financing.
